NOTIFICATION - notification of new offers in the database
Be informed in time about new offers that interest you. You no longer need to search for offers regularly, just set up the desired filter and turn on notifications. You can turn them on in both the web and mobile app and receive a notification on your mobile phone whenever a new offer is made.
ROAD SCHEME - distance, time, cost and toll on any route
In the section ROAD SCHEME - ROUTE CALCULATION you can calculate any route for the truck with the required data. For more accurate calculations, you can set your own vehicles or use preset templates.

We have selected some of the frequently asked questions from our users and those interested in the databank.
I can't log in.
Make sure you get the upper and lower case letters correct. Your login name is your RAAL code + dash + user number (e.g. CML-1, R00-2, 001-15), you changed your password after you first logged in. This may also be due to suspended access to the databank, e.g. at your own request or due to an unpaid flat fee. For multi-user versions, MASTER (administration) can generate new passwords. I don't see any offers in the database
You probably have some values or characters filled in the filter. Filled values in the filter indicated by the red circle by the FILTERS button on the top right. To clear the values in the filter, press the CLEAR FILTER button on the top right or the CROSS on the left at the beginning of the filter double line.
What do I need to register for the databank?
You must have company (registration) number (natural or legal person) and an active relevant trade licence for the activity you are engaged in. Please fill out an order form here on our website and we will contact you as soon as your order has been processed.
Can multiple dispatchers use the access?
You can add more users to your license for access by multiple dispatchers. Each dispatcher has their own login, password and contact details which are visible in the database. To add users, contact us at info@raal.cz. If you already have a multi-user license, the data for each user can be managed by MASTER
Have I entered the offer correctly and is it visible?
The offer of transport and free carriage must contain the mandatory fields: FROM, TO, S/T/O (semi-trailer/trailer/other), L (load metres), M (weight), DATE (loading).
1. You can always see the entered offer in the entry below the entry line (if it does not appear immediately after entry, you must switch to auto-loading or click on NEW DATA). The offer (line) is white = offer is visible, if the line is red = offer is not displayed (e.g. expired date).
2. The entered offer can also be traced in the VIEW under the CFA button (viewing your own offers) or in the VIEW by filtering the offers according to your RAAL code.
