I acknowledge that:

• The operator of the databank is RAALTRANS a. s.
• The terms of use are stipulated in the license agreement, the violation of which is punishable.
• The minimum time for order processing is 7 working days.
• RAALTRANS a.s. reserves the right to verify the existence and identity of the ordering party and to request (by telephone or electronically) additional information and documents from the ordering party, which the ordering party is obliged to provide without delay upon request.
• RAALTRANS a. s. reserves the right not to accept your order. The Customer does not have to justify the non-acceptance of the order. The customer will only be notified of unaccepted orders; the orders will be considered invalid.
• Sending your access data does not entitle you to conclude a contract with RAALTRANS a. s.
• The customer undertakes to pay for the services provided by the company (RAALTRANS a.s.) a monthly lump sum according to the valid price list.
• The trial operation is during the first 30 days after the signing of the Contract for the provision of traffic information with RAALTRANS a. s.
• All prices in the price list are exclusive of VAT, plus VAT at the statutory rate based on the applicable legal standards.

On this order, we will confirm its receipt to you by e-mail. This confirmation does not yet constitute a binding order with our party and does not create a commitment to fulfill it. We shall further decide on the execution of the order and the sending of access information at our own discretion.
